If an item arrives damaged in transit or if an incorrect item is received, contact the Maison Concierge within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and piece. The Maison will review the matter privately and determine the appropriate resolution.

A Eli Shadab creation belongs to one collector only. Once reserved, prepared, and recorded by Eli Shadab LLC, the piece enters a private acquisition process and is no longer treated as general inventory.
