You do not need a separate signature or additional click to accept these Terms. When you submit an order and payment is authorized or captured, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have had a reasonable opportunity to review them before purchase.

If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

All products offered by the Maison — including jewelry, tarot decks, lexicons, guidebooks, digital editions, imagery, copy, product design, packaging, and related materials — are proprietary to Eli Shadab LLC and/or its licensors.

Your purchase grants only the specific rights described in these Terms and, for physical goods, ownership of the individual item acquired. No right is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Maison product or content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, file-sharing, republication, or commercial exploitation of any Maison product or content is prohibited and may result in account suspension, revocation of digital access, withheld future sales, and pursuit of all remedies available at law or in equity.

Digital products — including the Digital Companion Lexicon — are licensed, not sold. Each digital exemplar is delivered as a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your private, non-commercial use only.

You may keep one personal archive copy for yourself. You may not upload, email, post, stream, share access to, sublicense, or otherwise make the digital edition available to any third party without our express written authorization.

Digital deliveries may include personalized identifiers, visible and embedded tracing markers, and technical access controls. Removing or altering those protections does not change your license obligations.

Digital acquisitions are final sale. Delivery is electronic after payment confirmation.

You may browse our website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror, frame, or exploit site content, software, or commerce flows without written permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or product offering at any time.

We strive to represent our creations accurately through photography and description. Natural gemstones and handcrafted works vary in character; slight differences from imagery are inherent to luxury goods.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Manifest pricing errors may result in order cancellation with a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until payment is processed and the Maison confirms fulfillment.

You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss for physical goods passes upon delivery to the address you provide, subject to carrier terms.

Unless required by applicable law, all Maison acquisitions are final sale as described in our Final Acquisition Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted after purchase confirmation except where we determine otherwise in writing.

If a physical piece arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect item is received, contact the Maison Concierge within twenty-four hours of delivery for private review.

All trademarks, logos, designs, photography, written content, tarot artwork, and product identities are owned by Eli Shadab LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

No license to our intellectual property is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eli Shadab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or any product. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your acquisitions, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you complete payment governs that acquisition. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.

Eli Shadab LLC is the legal entity behind the Eli Shadab brand and Maison Eli Shadab. Contracts formed through this website are with Eli Shadab LLC, not with any individual founder, employee, or concierge representative personally.
