Our pieces are not mass-produced inventory; they are one-of-one works selected, prepared, and presented for a specific collector by Eli Shadab LLC.
Custom and energetic preparation
Many Eli Shadab creations are custom-selected or energetically attuned according to the collector's intention, preference, and private requirements. Once this preparation begins, the piece becomes personally associated with that collector and cannot be returned to general availability.
Final sale policy
For this reason, all acquisitions from Eli Shadab LLC are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase confirmation.
Digital products
Digital editions — including the Eli Shadab Tarot Companion Lexicon — are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed by Eli Shadab LLC. Digital acquisitions are strictly final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered for digital products under any circumstance, including accidental purchase or inability to download after delivery.
One creation only
When a Eli Shadab piece is acquired, it enters the Maison archive and will never be recreated for another collector.

Condition at delivery
Each creation is inspected before shipment and prepared with care. If a piece arrives damaged in transit or if an incorrect item is received, the collector must contact Eli Shadab LLC through the Maison Concierge within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item. Eli Shadab LLC will review the matter privately and determine the appropriate resolution.
