Eligible destinations
Eli Shadab ships to eligible destinations confirmed at checkout. Insured shipping terms for a given order are shown in Shopify before payment — this page is not a rate card or arrival guarantee. Jewelry and tarot decks leave the atelier in signature maison presentation packaging.
Dispatch vs transit
Dispatch is the time from purchase confirmation to courier handoff. Transit is the courier’s travel time after dispatch. Limited editions or bespoke work may need additional atelier time before dispatch — you will be notified privately when that applies.
- Exact destination list and carrier rates: confirmed in Shopify checkout (owner/Admin to publish a public summary when ready).
- Typical US transit after dispatch is often a few business days; other regions vary — do not treat this page as an arrival guarantee.
- Free or complimentary shipping applies only when Shopify shows it for that cart — not as a blanket storefront promise.
Insurance & security
Shipments are insured for their declared value when the selected shipping method includes coverage. High-value jewelry typically travels with signature confirmation. Tracking details are shared privately upon dispatch.
White-glove delivery
Private white-glove delivery may be available upon request for select acquisitions. Contact concierge@elishadab.com to ask whether your destination and piece qualify.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing with concierge.
